We do not store full payment card details.

• YouTube video metadata and public comments;
• Google Play app data and public reviews;
• Apple App Store app data and public reviews;
• public competitor signals and related public online information.

This data is used to generate market research, evidence snippets, summaries and AI-assisted reports.

4. AI processing

WillitPop may use AI providers to process user inputs, public market data and related context in order to generate reports.

AI outputs may contain mistakes. Users should review outputs before making business decisions.

We may use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and product usage.

• Supabase for database, authentication, storage and backend infrastructure;
• Render for hosting, backend infrastructure, logs and service delivery;

• Google OAuth / Google Sign-In for login and authentication;
• Google Cloud / Google APIs for API credentials, OAuth configuration, YouTube Data API access, quotas and security;
• YouTube Data API for public video metadata and public comments;
• Google Play / Google APIs for app data and public reviews;
• Apple App Store / App Store Connect sources for app data and public reviews;
• Google Analytics for analytics, where permitted;
• AI providers for report generation.

These providers may process data as needed to provide their services.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data with:

• service providers that help us operate WillitPop;
• payment providers;
• analytics providers, where permitted;
• AI providers used to generate reports;
• legal, tax or accounting advisors;
• authorities, if required by law.
