Welcome to WillitPop.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WillitPop, operated by Jiokaships, based in Portugal.

By using WillitPop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What WillitPop does

WillitPop helps mobile game and app developers analyze public market signals, including app reviews, YouTube comments, competitor feedback and related public data.

The service may generate AI-assisted reports, scores, summaries, recommendations and evidence snippets to help users explore product ideas and market opportunities.

WillitPop does not guarantee that any idea, feature, game, app, product or business decision will succeed.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

If you sign in with Google, we use Google OAuth only for authentication, account creation and account access.

3. User inputs and reports

You may submit prompts, keywords, app names, competitor names, ideas or other text to generate reports.

You are responsible for what you submit and how you use the outputs.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your specific business situation. You should review and validate outputs before making decisions.

4. Public and third-party data

WillitPop may analyze public data from third-party sources, including YouTube, Google Play, the Apple App Store and other public online sources.

Third-party platforms are not controlled by WillitPop. Their data, rules, APIs, availability and terms may change at any time.

WillitPop does not claim ownership of third-party content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WillitPop to:

• break the law;
• abuse, attack, overload or disrupt the service;
• access data or systems without permission;
• copy, reverse engineer or resell the service;
• submit harmful, illegal or infringing content;
• generate spam, fraud, malware or abusive activity;
• bypass plan limits, rate limits or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Some features may require payment.

Prices, plan limits, scan limits and billing periods are shown before purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. WillitPop does not store full payment card details.

Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing period if you do not want to be charged again.

7. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise.

8. Plan limits

WillitPop may apply scan limits, rate limits, storage limits and fair-use restrictions.

We may limit or block usage that creates technical, legal, security or cost risks.

9. Intellectual property

WillitPop, including its software, design, branding, workflows, reports, scoring logic and product experience, belongs to Jiokaships or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell or create a competing service using WillitPop’s protected materials.

You keep ownership of your original ideas and inputs. You allow us to process them as needed to provide the service.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep WillitPop reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, API changes, third-party outages or other events.

11. Disclaimer

WillitPop is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, accurate or suitable for your needs.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiokaships will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to WillitPop is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the website or by email.

Your continued use of WillitPop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
